Registration fees are 475$Can (or 360 $US) for payment received before June 15th, 2005 and 525$Can (or 400$US) after. Preferred payment is by check in Can $ drawn on a canadian bank (banking fees, if applicable, are at participants expenses) or Postal money order. For convenience an equivalent in $US is also accepted as indicated. Check or Postal Money Order must be made to "International Workshop" and mailed to the Workshop Secretariat. Sorry, no credit card payment is accepted. Cash payment only with correct amount (525$Can or 400$US) will be accepted at the registration desk on August 2nd.
