Prospective authors and participants are already invited to send the Reply coupon indicating their interest to participate and present paper(s) in any of the technical areas listed (See Topics of interest paragraph).

For authors, one-page summaries will have to be submitted later (See Schedule paragraph). The Technical Committee will then select papers for presentation, and organize the final program. Papers will be presented in lecture sessions and published in a proceding book. English is the official language of the Workshop (for both written papers and oral presentation).

The Workshop will be held on Université Laval's campus, with both hotel and student rooms avalaible at walking distances. Quebec City which is the heart of the French America, received the World Heritage title form UNESCO and offers a unique environnment for recreation, sports and arts.
